Pet Services in Turkey (Coming Soon)
One of the first things newcomers to Turkey notice is how well cared-for (some would say spoiled) the local animals are. But while Turks love cats, and increasingly also dogs, transporting them between countries remains something of a novel concept. Jet-setting pet owners’ lives have been easier since Turkey joined the Pet Passport Scheme (PPS, also known as the Pet Travel Scheme), which was originally conceived to harmonize rules within the EU.
Nevertheless, paperwork, quarantine procedures, and non-English-speaking officials who are new to the concept of bringing animals on planes, have complicated many a pet’s travel itinerary. We have been through pet services in Turkey all before and are familiar with the procedures. Whether you are bringing an old friend in, or getting an old friend out, we’re here to help with pet services in Turkey and our many other services.
